Returns

All goods are returnable and/or exchangeable within 14 days of purchase. We can not offer a refund or exchange thereafter. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping cost is non refundable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must be brought to Danielle Gamble Skin within 14 days of purchase.

Shipping

Complementary standard shipping on orders above $100. $12 standard shipping charge on orders less than $100.

Appointments

All cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a $145 cancellation fee. Same day cancellations or No call, no show, will be charged the full price of service. Maplewood, please don't arrive more than 5 mins before your appointment, I don't have a proper waiting area. Transferring appointments to someone else is not permitted. Parking is on the street.
